Shipping estimates are based upon the metrics given by the United States Postal Service. We have no control over their delays. Bulk orders are shipped using FedEx. Tracking numbers are sent with all shipped orders for the most up-to-date information.
If a product is sold out or out of stock, join the waitlist on the product page to receive a notification when the product is restocked and to express your interest. Feel free to contact us in the meantime with additional questions or for alternative resources to meet your need.
If you have selected Indianapolis local pickup, you have two options, listed below. They are both open 8 AM – 5 PM Monday through Friday. We’ll confirm your selected location and notify you when your order is ready for pickup.

Absolutely! We offer discounts and free shipping for bulk orders and would be happy to work with you. You can order from our Online Store or contact us to discuss the best option for you. We are so happy you want to share the Word using our resources.
We’ll email you a tracking number once your order is shipped or you can see all of your past orders in your Account Order Page.

- Sign into your account by clicking “sign-in” at the top of the page, then sign into your account with your username and password.
- Select the down arrow next to Your Name.
- Hover over “Purchase” then click on “Orders”.
- Here you can see all your past orders. Select the order to want to track.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page to view your tracking information.
Study Plans
Almost all our resources are completely free! Specifically, there is no charge for our courses, blogs, study plans, challenges, worksheets, charts, outlines, classes, and videos. Our goal is to get the unadulterated Word & sound Biblical resources to you! If you are interested in printed books or full workbooks, they are available to order at affordable prices in our store.
Absolutely! The core study plan worksheets are free to download (and available in our Member Resource Library) but if you are interested in the full workbooks, they can certainly be ordered individually or in bulk with discounts and free shipping.
Just Word Ministries reserves all rights to the study material on this site. The core study plan worksheets and other materials are free to download, print, and use for educational purposes. They are not to be sold or distributed.
The printed workbooks and books are copyrighted, and may not be reproduced or transmitted without prior written permission from Just Word Ministries. We are happy to work with you to supply as many workbooks as you need. Contact us with any questions.
For each study plan, we plan to make a group guide available soon in our Member Resource Library. This free downloadable tool can be used with your family, small group, or ministry for discussion, reflection, and application. We also are developing in-depth teaching curriculums for various study plans. Contact us to learn more or to request additional resources for a specific study plan.

Absolutely! We have the ability to sign up your group, get everyone enrolled, link their progress information to the class instructor or group leader’s account, and provide certificates upon completion. Contact us and we can discuss the best way to get your class, group, ministry, or church enrolled in a learning experience together.

Just Word Ministries is a Christian organization founded with the goal of getting the Word of God everywhere. We are focused on supplying quality, comprehensive, scripturally sound books, literature, charts, outlines, videos, and interactive resources and material to aid learners of all ages and backgrounds who desire to grow in God’s Word.
