Jesus Christ: Our Trusted Counsellor
| Jesus Christ is our trusted Counsellor. We can tell Jesus the full truth about what is on our hearts and minds because He can handle it. He doesn’t get overwhelmed by the information that we share, instead He wants to intervene and get involved in our affairs. Jesus won’t repeat what you share with Him, unless He shares the information with the right people who He can use to help you. Jesus Christ is the most secure source to tell our thoughts and the deepest matters of our hearts. The Bible says in Matthew 6:6 that when we pray we should pray in secret to God and when we pray in secret, God will reward us openly. Since prayer is a form of communication with God, you can use prayer to talk to the most trusted Counsellor who will take what you share to help you, and reward you with what He sees fit. |
